Do not buy online from Farmers unless you're happy to wait for two weeks - and this is for click and collect! Perhaps employ more staff Farmers to keep up with competitors who are able to have orders ready the same day.

Currently having a terrible time with the customer service and the delivery of home furniture. Ordered two matching tallboys. One arrived in good condition, the other did not. I stored the damaged tallboy in my garage until the second tallboy arrived about 20 days later. I was promised that quality assurance will ensure it wasn't damaged, but the second tallboy arrived damaged again (with no damage visible on box). The second damaged tallboy couldn't be taken back at the same time as the first tallboy so I now have another damaged tallboy. I've had it for 3 weeks and counting as I haven't been provided with an approximate delivery date for the 3rd tallboy. Farmers have not been very responsive, responding to all my questions or caring.

Hi after shopping click & collect earlier this year & being able to collect my products an hour later I stupidly thought since I had a good shopping experience I will do it again too only be told after choosing collect instore & paying for it that my collection date will be in 15 Days, yup 15 days. Thinking I read wrong I wrote in to see if the time frame I chose was wrong but no....15days. So I asked to have my order stopped & my money refunded. I was refused the option & basically told I just have to wait. Well the stuff I brought was for mother's Day been & gone ended up buying instore. Not happy being told you cannot get your money back. Will just have to wait & return all items. What a put off.

we brought 3 month ago 2 two different sofas from online farmers market, after we paid the full amount I saw the day of possible delivery, them I thought well I have make the mistake, delivery says 15th of mayo 2022, anyway on 10th of April we have a call said that sofas will be delivered around 15th of July if we want the money back or we can wait, well wasn't the idea to wait to long so we ask if we can check on store for others option, they said yes, so we when to few shops no luck until we find one of shop to help as and we find the sofa, so the person said you have to call we can't help here, so we call again and they said ok we can change for that sofa, but someone will call you back to confirm that, no one call back after 3 days so we call again and they said sorry we don't have nothing here, and after long talk finally find all, but for our unlucky experience said ok will be delivered in around 30 days, so after all delivery it's a big problem, customer service online it's a huge big problem, lack of system and respond, and shop service also bad, no happy to help and no care for customer at all, that make my to no buy anything else from farmers market online or shopping with any assistance person, are really bad.

Time to revise your online shopping and delivery procedures, do better than 18 days and counting or step out of the online shopping business. This makes you look poor in delivering and caring for your customers and having a 10 day min waiting list for answering complaints and assistance online show you dint care in fixing problems or else you are overwhelmed by the amount of dissatisfied customers

BE WARNED! Farmers are still living in the 1990s and haven't yet realised that 'online shopping' is a 'thing' these days, rather than something you fit in when you can and when you feel like it....so their approach remains haphazard and o...h.........m......y.......... g....o....d.........s...o.........s....l....o.....w....... You place an order for something simple (like a blanket) that is in stock and you do it first thing in the morning. Does it ship the same day? Nope. Does it ship the next day? Nope? The day after? Nope? The day after that? Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope....You must wait TEN WORKING DAYS for them to pop it in a box! Then you get an email that it's ready for the courier to collect. "Excellent!" you think, "I'll have it tomorrow!". Nope! Do they ship with NZ Post? Nope! Aramex? Nope! NZ Couriers? Nope! DHL? Nope! They ship with 'Castle Parcels'. The package takes two days to be collected....and while every other package from Auckland or Tauranga to Wellington is an overnight delivery, Castle Parcels takes FIVE days to deliver it! Fantastic service! NOT. Seriously, between their stupid "half of everything is on sale this week, and what isn't on sale this week will be on sale next week" nonsense and their insane way to managing online sales, and their appalling choice of shipping partner I really do have to wonder why I bothered. They officially suck.
