NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS, as you will get screwed around and end up being frustrated. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Ordered a headset on the 8th (morning) for my cousins birthday on the 11th. I ordered and paid for next day evening delivery (so I was meant to receive it on the 9th). On the day of the 9th, I contacted MightyApe and spoke to Kai, who told me that my order was waiting for approval, but should go out for deliverey that evening. Checked my email - no tracking. Checked my account - order is still as pending. I submitted an ETA request around 8-9pm. I realize the store was closed, but I hoped I'd get a response the following morning. Nothing. Chased it up again lunchtime on the 10th and spoke with Jennifer, and THAT"S when I received an email asking me for ID (2 days after I ordered). Then Jennifer got cut off, so I then spoke with Ruth who told me that I won't get delivery till tomorrow (11th) night at best. I needed it for the morning, which I made clear. When I asked why it took so long, she just said something about some error... And instead of offering me some sort of an urgent courier service, she suggested I'd drive up to their store in Silverdale (I'm in Grey Lynn) to pick it up personally ))) That's some customer service right there. So a total waste of time, no headset received and now I'll have to take time off work to rsh around and find a set locally so my kid cousin get's his birthday gift on time.

Gone downhill. Sent me a Christmas present for my son, twice, broken on delivery both times, no way to contact them about a refund even though I sent the broken presents back both times. Very, very slow replying to emails (actually they don’t reply more often than not). Will never use them again.

Used to have great delivery times and customer service. Now waited 9 business days order not dispatched despite email saying it would be sent the next day and bland non reply to enquiry. Very disappointing given how great they used to be. Basically I've given up now and will not renew my Primate subscription particularly after the sale to Kogan

Price match doesn't mean they will match the price of a competitor. Tried to price match an in stock phone, with identical specs from an identical online NZ/Aus retailer. Mighty Ape refused without any explanation after taking forever to get back to me. You can't even phone them to ask a question. Would not recommend!

It used to be great, but now they don't dispatch orders with stock and with payment confirmed. It has been 10 days already. Furthermore, their customer service simply doesn't answer us, there is no phone number, nothing. What a shame.
