NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS, as you will get screwed around and end up being frustrated. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Ordered a headset on the 8th (morning) for my cousins birthday on the 11th. I ordered and paid for next day evening delivery (so I was meant to receive it on the 9th). On the day of the 9th, I contacted MightyApe and spoke to Kai, who told me that my order was waiting for approval, but should go out for deliverey that evening. Checked my email - no tracking. Checked my account - order is still as pending. I submitted an ETA request around 8-9pm. I realize the store was closed, but I hoped I'd get a response the following morning. Nothing. Chased it up again lunchtime on the 10th and spoke with Jennifer, and THAT"S when I received an email asking me for ID (2 days after I ordered). Then Jennifer got cut off, so I then spoke with Ruth who told me that I won't get delivery till tomorrow (11th) night at best. I needed it for the morning, which I made clear. When I asked why it took so long, she just said something about some error... And instead of offering me some sort of an urgent courier service, she suggested I'd drive up to their store in Silverdale (I'm in Grey Lynn) to pick it up personally ))) That's some customer service right there. So a total waste of time, no headset received and now I'll have to take time off work to rsh around and find a set locally so my kid cousin get's his birthday gift on time.
