On 14/03/2021, I bought a Vivobook Flip 14, after only 2 days I had to return it, I was facing a lot of problems. I returned the item on a Monday morning, 8 days later they gave me feedback regarding my case. They told me that they were unable to identify ANY problems and they asked me if I had videos or photos that could show the problems (basically they called me a liar). Unfortunately, I had none. They told me that they could not do much since the laptop was reset before returned, I told them that I would never EVER share my MS account with anyone, that is why the computer was reset. On 12/04/21, I received the laptop back, after only 2h I faced 3 different problems. I contacted PB Tech support again, this time with videos and photos in hands, the attendant asked me the following: "have you tried a fresh OS reinstall to see if this resolves the issues?", yes, I am not kidding, the attendant asked me if I tried to reinstall the OS, so basically he asked me to try to solve the problem of a laptop that is still on warranty and that I bought a month ago but I am still unable to use it. I asked serveral times to receive my money back but it seems that they cannot solve the problem and they are not keen to return my money. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER.
