Couldn't believe how well they handled one of my special orders right before Christmas, getting a gift to me on time even with short notice. Recently enquired for another they didn't stock at the time and they were able to source it and import it to me at a fantastic price and very fast shipping. I Purchased a iPhone 7,128 gb from Infotech, Within 2 weeks I had speaker problems and unable to hear people ringing me. I took the phone back and they replaced it. Again I experienced the same problem and this time I sent the phone back via courier. Due to the long delay getting the phone repaired they sent me another "Replacement phone" with an extended 3 month period! Now this phone has the same problems. Overall I have had 3 replacement phones from this Sales person. All have had the same problem. I have sent him several emails asking for a refund with no response from him. The Consumers guarantee Act states if a product cannot be repaired then you are entitled to a full refund. I have been advised that after three phone replacements I am certainly entitled to a refund.This company and the sales person appear to take your money and are reluctant to give a refund. They are selling dodgy parallel imported phones that won't work correctly on New Zealand networks. Follow up .., It took a lot of time and effort on my behalf to be refunded in full. The manager was very keen for me to withdraw my initial Complaint from this site. However I think it's important that people be informed.
