I Purchased a iPhone 7,128 gb from Infotech,
Within 2 weeks I had speaker problems and unable to hear people ringing me. I took the phone back and they replaced it. Again I experienced the same problem and this time I sent the phone back via courier. Due to the long delay getting the phone repaired they sent me another "Replacement phone" with an extended 3 month period! Now this phone has the same problems.
Overall I have had 3 replacement phones from this Sales person. All have had the same problem. I have sent him several emails asking for a refund with no response from him. The Consumers guarantee Act states if a product cannot be repaired then you are entitled to a full refund. I have been advised that after three phone replacements I am certainly entitled to a refund.This company and the sales person appear to take your money and are reluctant to give a refund. They are selling dodgy parallel imported phones that won't work correctly on New Zealand networks.
Follow up .., It took a lot of time and effort on my behalf to be refunded in full.
