Shop pickup option does not spacify where is the pickup.This resulted in a week delay just to find out that i cant pick it up due to location. Had to cancel the order and than wait again to get the unit shipped. Otherwise good servise and pricing.

Update: They called me and agreed to pay full refund after I posted negative feedback (see below) here. Can not rate it as the best experience, but at least I am not very much disappointed now. Only time wasted. ________ Original: If you receive a phone with a defect and return for repair, they do not accept it is broken and only offer you a partial refund. My total loss (including shipping, etc) is over $70. Details: I have received from them the smartphone which had touchscreen not responding properly: I kept missing incoming calls , 3 navigation menu buttons worked only every second time, etc.. I have got the previous model phone of the same manufacture and could clearly see the difference: new one did not work as good as the older one. I tried to use the phone for about 1 week after I received the covers and screen protectors. I tried to do factory reset. Finally, I have returned the smartphone in as new condition for the repair. They have told me it is not broken and offered only partial refund. Arguing was pointless, they did not listen.

The phone does not work properly on 2 degrees network. these are imported phones and i wouldn't recommend buying

Shipped item to my billing address rather than the shipping address... These addresses were at different ends of the country so dad has missed out on his birthday present :( Edit: Store got in touch next day to apologize and refunded me the shipping costs. They took the shipping error quite seriously which is appreciated. Great to see this kind of after sales service & commitment to resolving issues. I will give these guys another go in future.

The shopping experience was good, except for a lack of clarity about the status of the purchase and when the item would be delivered. The delivery time was reasonable, but there was a period of several days after payment was made with no communication about whether the item had been shipped or when it would be delivered. Happy with the result though.
