Update: They called me and agreed to pay full refund after I posted negative feedback (see below) here. Can not rate it as the best experience, but at least I am not very much disappointed now. Only time wasted.
If you receive a phone with a defect and return for repair, they do not accept it is broken and only offer you a partial refund. My total loss (including shipping, etc) is over $70. Details: I have received from them the smartphone which had touchscreen not responding properly: I kept missing incoming calls , 3 navigation menu buttons worked only every second time, etc.. I have got the previous model phone of the same manufacture and could clearly see the difference: new one did not work as good as the older one. I tried to use the phone for about 1 week after I received the covers and screen protectors. I tried to do factory reset. Finally, I have returned the smartphone in as new condition for the repair. They have told me it is not broken and offered only partial refund. Arguing was pointless, they did not listen.
