I ordered (and paid for) a rangehood. Never received either the product or even a dispatch notice. After a few weeks of silence and no delivery I emailed them. They said it had been delivered to “Bob”. We have no Bob. They then said I had to raise a dispute within 14 days of dispatch - which we were outside of (notwithstanding we had no idea of alleged dispatch because we’d received no notice of dispatch) - and therefore we would have to pay again if we wanted our range hood. They have since ignored me. USE AT YOUR RISK

I ordered my stove on a Friday 11th Dec. 2020 and Maree organized pick up and placed new cooker with installer. I received a phone call on Friday afternoon from the Installer, with a booking date installation. My new cooker was installed today 14/12/2020 at 1pm and I am blown away with the Service. Not only was my Cooker installed but the old one was removed. So Happy. You guys ROCK. Have a Merry Christmas and a Safe New Year.
The worst retail experience I have ever experienced. Complete disregard for the Consumer Guarantees Act and for its customers. I received a stove with a manufacturer defect. I received numerous claim rejections blaming everything except the product. Finally they gave me my money back and the manufacturer picked the stove up. They would not replace it. Be warmed about this retailer. If anything goes wrong, it is my experience that they won’t be there for you and will do anything but the right thing. Appalling #bigbrand
