    The worst retail experience I have ever experienced. Complete disregard for the Consumer Guarantees Act and for its customers. I received a stove with a manufacturer defect. I received numerous claim rejections blaming everything except the product. Finally they gave me my money back and the manufacturer picked the stove up. They would not replace it. Be warmed about this retailer. If anything goes wrong, it is my experience that they won’t be there for you and will do anything but the right thing. Appalling #bigbrand
