Well, I'm very saddened by this review Mark. Your order was processed immediately. It was only upon delivery that a slight manufacturing fault was found. You requested a refund on the price paid and I negotiated with my suppliers. You weren't happy with their offer and gave them an ultimatum to either pay you the discount you required or pick up the appliance. They chose to pick-up the appliance and a time was negotiated with you. Your refund was completed immediately and an apology emailed to you. I'm sorry you found it necessary to pen a review like this.

The worst retail experience I have ever experienced. Complete disregard for the Consumer Guarantees Act and for its customers. I received a stove with a manufacturer defect. I received numerous claim rejections blaming everything except the product. Finally they gave me my money back and the manufacturer picked the stove up. They would not replace it. Be warmed about this retailer. If anything goes wrong, it is my experience that they won’t be there for you and will do anything but the right thing. Appalling #bigbrand
