Ascent are fine at taking your money and shipping your goods, but don't expect stellar post-sales support - don't even expect them to follow their own policies on their website.
1) They'll ask you to organise shipping a faulty item under warranty to them at your cost - they'll send you a courier ticket only AFTER you remind them of their obligations
2) Once you've returned the faulty hardware, they'll then refuse to assist further because you forgot one of the USB cables that it came with (which has nothing to do with the fault)
I wonder how many people they swindle that don't know their rights?
Would recommend spending a little bit more with a store that's prepared to follow the law and/or their own policies.
