Terrible experience with this company. Purchased a product online, paid for product. The next morning I showed my partner the item I purchased. However, in less than 24 hrs Fishpond had changed the listing title, the description, the manufactures code and the size and weight of the product. I was immediately alarmed. It was a complete scam. I quickly tried cancelling my order. Then they charged me $130 more for restocking fee when they don’t even keep the item in stock, it’s ordered to purchase. All I wanted was my item and happily paid the money, it was fishpond whom changed the advert after purchase and now charged me for the item $799 plus $130 cancellation. I have lodged a query with fair trading act and will pursue the matter. Buyers please be aware that no phone number or customer service is available.
