Have been quite happy with this one I have had for 1.5 years, both at work and leisure. Good sound and good mic. However, it has now had the chance to sometimes not start until after a number of attempts, so it has soon done its part. Fits on both ears and sits well, even with glasses, had been desirable with a safety line for my part, has lost it several times at work, but had the luck to find it again. One drawback is that it requires a special magnetic charging adapter that you have to keep track of. However, a charge lasts very long. Unable to update the software used on the computer to update the headset. Receives unknown error.

+ Easy and smooth headset that works well when it works Had it not been for obvious problems with most headsets of this model, the rating would have been significantly higher. - we use these headsets at work and myself I have gone through two now when one stopped working and now no 2 starts to relax when it wants it for no reason. Not particularly old can be mentioned. Have colleagues who have the same problem. - Problem connecting it to my own private phone (Sony Xperia Z3 compact). - Could be a little hard with the fit for some. - Problem for the person at the other end to hear what you say sometimes. Would not buy this privately.

Very pleased! + Good sound. + Good mic. + Good range. + Sitting comfortably and well. + Customizable with various supplied sizes of the rubber stopper attached to the ear. - No standard micro usb connector without its own unique magnet variant. Then you have one more thing to remember to bring along. Usual chargers with micro usb / iphone are always packed in the bag. The times I've experienced problems are when you've been in a backbone and your pillow or arm bothered the mic. When sitting or standing, it always works perfectly.

Is not a major user of BT headsets but has a large number of different manufacturers and models. Of all I tested, Plantronics is still the only manufacturer of classic earphone BT headsets that can make one that feels good quality and that is good on the ear. Without having to worry about it trembling all the time. The sound quality is okay and you can certainly find something better, but Plantronics wins on the whole. Now there is still to be a test, but this is my spontaneous evaluation.

After reading a lot of comments here, I have to say I've had a lot of luck with my headset. Purchased the more expensive model that has battery powered charging box and usb for use with Skype / Lync, etc. Have had a problem with the charging bag not as much charge and have purchased extra silicone plugs as they break out over time. Functionally they have very good sound and microphone. Voice recognition works like it did four years ago. That's not perfect, but fully capable. Uses most of the function "Reply / Ignore" as you often have both hands occupied in the work. Was collected for the amount of 1,599kr. I think they were outstanding and would buy it again if it broke down, at today's price I can only recommend!
