Ordered a LG C1 48inch on April 13th. It was early enough that when I checked the availability of stock on their website, there was plenty of stock. Waited a week thinking delivery was delayed because of the Easter and Anzac Day long weekend. When I called them, They said they would contact their supplier but were not able to reach them and they would update me when they could reach their supplier. They never updated me so I called them a second time and when they reached their supplier, the supplier said they could not restock the item because it was discontinued and that they would call me back with an alternative solution. They never called me back. Had to call them a third time and their only solution was to give me a refund me back my money. They wasted 3 weeks of my time selling me an item that they did not have stock for. What a joke. It's 2022 and a large company like Noel Leeming doesn't have the logistics to allocate stock for simple sale. It's as simple as don't sell a product you don't have stock for it. If I had known it was sold out I would've purchased the item from a different business. Now I have to wait a year for the 2022 year models to go on sale. I know, I know first world problems but the experience was very frustrating for me.

I purchased a Samsung washer dryer in November 2019 . After a few months of using the machine the rubber seal on the door came off so the technician had to come in and replace the as it was still under warranty ( I took a 3 year extended warranty). It took Noeleeming quite some time to arrange for that to get sorted out. Then in winter we found out that this washer dryer doesn’t dry the clothes completely you have to dry it out on the washing line for another 10 minutes. This information was not given to me when I purchased it otherwise I would of purchase a separate washer and dryer. I had hassle trying to sort that out. Last year in late November the stared to give us problems again. This time it was not completely washing then we had to start it again and then the clothes were still damp cos the heater was damaged. This heating system help dry the clothes. It took the technician more that 5 weeks to come by. He finally came by and had it fixed . After that it was dragging towards the last 30 minute during the drying cycle and over heating that it damaged my son souvenir jersey he purchased from Germany. I reported again to 3 manager meeting the 2 months to date they have done nothing to help . Their after sale service is pathetic. They lie to customers to make a sale . I have called the store like over 50 times no one answered. I had to drive from Manurewa to Sylvia every Friday to get feedback cos they won’t return you call when their customer service send them a message to call me . They service is RUBBISH. I would love to swear but I feel I’m better that that . I will never purchase any goods from Noeleeming ever again

Crappy service. I placed a click and collect order, which showed no signs of arrival after 10 days. So I decided to cancel the order and shop elsewhere. Thanks to the worst timing ever, the product arrived at the store later that day (I just happened to check stock on their website). So I contacted their support to ask if I could reorder at the original price (it was 35% off when I purchased, around a $150 discount). I was told they wouldn't budge on the price. While I understand I was the one that cancelled the order, 10 days is a bit much (quoted timeframe was 3-6 days), and surely the support agent that cancelled my order would have seen the item was in transit before cancelling. Little things like this can ruin the shopping experience, I'll think twice before shopping there again.

About 10 minutes before the end of the Black Friday sale I attempted 3 times to buy a product online. My debit card was declined all 3. I tried exactly the same numbers on another site to test if I made a mistake and it worked on that site. Next day I rung customer support and was told they would see into it and then get back to me and they did. I said why I felt it wasn't the fault on my end. The girl said it probably was the site's fault before I said about it being before the end of the Black Friday sale with which she quickly changed her views conveniently to the fault was being on my end. It was cheaper before midnight as that was Black Friday. She said she'd again check into it and get back to me. She never did. Seems to me possibly (only maybe) it was purposely declined because it was cheaper on Black Friday and they wanted full price for it. I'd advise people to watch for this if this happens to them.

Terrible customer service! You need to go Through their call center before you can talk to anyone unless you know the extension. Manager at westgate store is rude and obviously doesn’t know the term the customer is always right. Item broke down less than 6 months old and they mocked us around with repair time. Will never shop there again waste of money and poor customer service!

Terrible customer service. Just trying to return a product by courier they keep saying take it into a store. On their website it says online orders can be returned by courier. Very unhelpful still waiting to find out where to return it to.
