my complain about rangehood some one already visited to check and also check with installer. But no any solution i have got. Now rangehood some time making unusual noise. And my all sealing got darker due to not sucking smoke from kitchen. And bulbs in rangehood are fuse from day first. Emailed to warranties department but no reply. No care about customer after purchasing priduct. Next time better to by bunnings or mitre 10.

Good price for a reasonable quality bathroom cabinet. However, they first sent the wrong model, then the second one they sent had broken mirrors (probably the couriers fault), third time was the charm. All the returns weren't any hassle, just a quick email and they paid for the shipping for the replacements/swaps with no fuss. No complaints about customer service from me.

Went in 5 weeks ago and chose 6 items that were in stock paid for delivery as thought this would be easier than taking with us WRONG still waiting 5 weeks later Numerous calls to find out when delivery would be as we are wanting progress Plumber waiting and everything on hold Extremely poor service and no resolution

Absolutely disgusting customer service, spent $11,000 on new kitchen, took 11 months off nightmare to get all parts, put in big complaint but they still don't care, shocking service. Would never recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Go elsewhere! This is the poorest customer service I have received in a very long time. They didn't come back to me at all in response to my email queries or tickets raised. Absolutely appalling and then advised that the item I ordered was not in stock after I had already received an email advising that it had been shipped. Seems like a scam. Save yourself the bother and spend your money somewhere else.

Customer service, and information on the website extremely dishonest and outright deceptive having caught them out with several lies re delivery time and even if the item was actually in stock. No response to written complaint,. Phoning them after no responses to emails was an uncomfortable stressful experience. They did not do what they said they would do. Did get a refund but had to waste several hours of my time including quoting the consumer guarantees act and making several phone calls. Customer service quite familiar when dealing with customers that have had their consumer rights breached and very blasé about it as if it is normal business practice. Had to phone bank to have a payment dispute processed also. I would not ever trade with this trashy dysfunctional company again.

Shocking customer service by this company. Arranged for my son to drive 3hrs to pick stuff up for me but because I'd been stung by them previously i wasnt prepared to pay till my son sighted the product. They had half the gear in stock and the salesperson processed the payment, when he went to the warehouse to pick it up they wouldnt give it to him as they claim it was an online order! No amount of arguing got me the stuff I had just paid for. They have my money, i have nothing to show for it but a 6 hour fuel bill. Doo Doo us about to hit the fan! These guys should be closed down, they are totally dishonest. Read the Google reviews before dealing with them!

AWFUL. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Were told our stock was only a few weeks away, ended up taking over 4 months to receive everything. Then when we finally received it some of the stock was damaged and some parts were completely wrong measurements. Their customer service is horrendous, they're slow to reply if they do at all and completely unapologetic for their bad service and faulty stock. Do not shop here, even if the stock is slightly cheaper to other places you'll pay the price by suffering their awful customer service and crappy stock.
