Trade Depot is the worst company which I have met, their services are terrible. Nobody takes responsibility to do their jobs, the manager never shows up even though you sent them emails to complain. I don't think it's because of the shortage of employees, but it's their management problems, the director/general manager is not running the business properly or seriously, the business is messy. if I were the owner, I wuold fire the managers and the general manager. We bought a washing machine and dryer from them last month, the dryer gets leaking issue, they scheduled for many times a technician to come to inspect/repair it, but a technician never showed up as scheduled without any contact or reason. Every time when I contacted them by email to tell them that the technician didn't show up as scheduled, they made another appointment with us and I arranged a person to stay at home to wait, but there was still no technician to come. These happened 3 times in June, and till today, no technician showed up, the dryer leaking issue hasn't been fixed. I copied my emails to the person Monisha as requested, but that person never responded about my complaints. This company is like a joke, they do not care about customers at all. Looks they're playing games to fool and deceive customers. I will make formal complaints to somewhere if they want to play games. 1 July 2022. --------------- Update: Last Friday Monisha contacted me to send another technician to go and has resolved the leaking issue without fee charge, I'm satisfied the result. So I will give them a better review. But I really hope that Trade Depot will improve its services to satisfy customers. 4 July 2022.

Impossible to communicate with this company. They dont answer their phone nor do they reply to emails! I have NEVER had this type of experience with a retailer ever. Be warned.

It's okay if the product us available and you can take it with you. If you order something to come from the Hamilton branch , that's when the problems start. Repeatedly told item was coming. Did not happen. We cancelled order. Now waiting for a refund. Promised refund. No refund so far. How hard can it be to be honest and straightforward with customers instead of making false promises.

Bought two boxes of four ZEN white coffee mugs. Two of the mugs have cracked in a week. Spent over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. Sent them photos and was told a week later to put them in the box and courier would pick them up and they would refund. I don’t have the box, and there’s no link to print the label. Emailed them over a week ago and am still waiting. Do not recommend. Will now throw them in the bin. I guess you get what you pay for.

Have sent 3 x emails to complaint dept over 2 weeks they never replied despite claim 24-48 hr response times ,2x emails to the sales rep no reply, phoned 3x told they'd ring back never have ,only got 1 of my items ,when ordered x3 after being told they would hold the items for me

I have been trying to get somewhere🤦🏼‍♀️ anywhere with this damn company since January 22 now, regarding my sink tap and plug. They are the worst. I have SO many emails on my phone that go unanswered. I’m always promised they will get back to me and they never ever do. It’s been 4 months now, they have to be the worst company for getting any reply, let alone a reply. Surely it doesn’t take 4 months to sort a issue out. But I see everyone else has the same issue with them. I want my tap changed please, how much longer do I Java to wait 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Worse experience with a company we have ever had, we ordered a shower 1 panel of glass was the wrong size I rang to let them know this was in January it is now April we still do not have the replacement panel I have made numerous trips and phone calls and just got the run around each time, I was told it would be delivered next week every time I spoke to them absolutely hopeless, I have spoken to Sam several times who always promised he would get back to me never did I have spoken to Teheket who promised he would get back to me never did, I have spoken to MIke who never got back to me spoken with Salil who never got back to me absolutely no professionalism at all

Amazing service. We have had nothing but great customer service, friendly and helpful team who went above and beyond. Before I placed my order I had questions so used the live chat feature and was helped promptly and efficiently by Simonne. Once the order was placed I was kept updated with emails about when delivery would be made & contacted quickly by the installers for both the oven and the aircon ordered. I had both items delivered in 6 days. I would have no hesitation about ordering from them again
