Very disgruntled ex TonerInk NZ customer(1 review)
I purchased some of their "compatible" toner for my HP printer, spent over $200 for absolute rubbish. Emailed them about the faded and colour spotted printing that my printer is doing and what I can do to fix it, but no response.

Bought Cyan and yellow Toner Cartridge from them. Put in my HP laser Printer, Printed the first page was ok with Blue strip at the bottom. But the rest printing was just black strips. Salesperson came twice with different cartridges. But printer still only print black pages. The printer has now been replaced. I wouldn’t want to try their toner again. I returned the product. But they refuse to refund. I have been trying to contact their boss for two weeks now with no success.

The Toner cartridges they provide for my printer - Brother HL3150CDN is great. Save money and produce good quality. The delivery is very quick.

I gave these a try with my new HP printer after finding there was a 3 week wait for toner ink from HP. Price and delivery speed were great. I was also reassured by the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on their website. Early signs of problems were coloured marks on the side of the pages which seemed to resolve itself. Then patches of colours were uneven. Then one colour left a line right down the page. By this time I was disillusioned and ready to pay the extra to get genuine HP cartridges. I asked for a refund and was told they do not refund for changes of mind. Would be funny if not so insulting. Be warned, you get what you pay for. Oh yes, they had a suggestion that I should buy 3 of each colour in case one cartridge packed up! Again, a sad response form a doubtful company. Beware!
