If I can give 0 star, I will. Sent me wrong product, did not apologise but offered 50% refund and keep the product, I paid for my product, why do I have to accept a wrong product? Offered me refund but will have to drop it back off to their warehouse to get the refund, they should have organise a courier pick up for the wrong product sent, their service are not acceptable. Do not use this company.

The product I received from them was timely and in good condition, I can't really fault that. The only issue I had was that they double deducted the amount of the invoice from my credit card. This occurred in early December 2021 even with a level of correspondence, mainly from me, as of March 2022 has not been resolved.

The product I ordered was different to what arrived and very poor quality. I contacted about a return, but they wouldn't send me details for a courier pickup as per their returns policy. I refuse to pay as I have seen others reviews where they are still waiting refunds for postage! Many emails sent with no progress made. Will NEVER buy from here again and will deter others from them too.

I received a damaged item from them; I emailed them regarding it and they tried to blame the courier, I then spent two weeks trying to contact them with no reply; finally told them I’d be taking it further and they said they’d refund me. 3 weeks on and no refund. Disgusting customer service; would NOT recommend

They removed an item from my order - the only item I actually wanted, had just ordered an additional item to justify the freight cost. As soon as they let me know they had done it, I requested a full refund of the whole order as I didn't require the other item. They shipped it anyway. Then went back and forth for 2 days ARGUING with me, not addressing my issue and basically providing terrible customer service. Won't be bothering with them again - they just sell items from Wish.com anyway, you can buy everything from there if you're willing to wait. And at least Wish will actually ship what you order!

Great service. Bought a tablet screen protector through them which was promptly posted - then lost by NZ Post (who were completely useless in tracking down the parcel). GeekStore sent me a replacement - no cost and no hassle (it did come weeks later after I'd exhausted all avenues with NZ Post and I was forced to get Geekstore back in the loop).

Phone case arrived in hood time. Was happy enough with the look of the case but the magnetic catch was very weak and would barely stay shut with just my phone in it. It was advertised as a 3 card wallet phone case but as soon as I put any cards in it wouldnt close at all. Contacted geekstore but not interested.
