Brought two phone cases, arrived on time - one was good and as described. While the other has been a complete nightmare. Faulty cut-out for camera and fingerprint sensor. Submitted a refund request the day after receiving, no response. Had to send a couple of online messages before I got an email reply back asking for proof of fault.
Asked for a refund and was told to send the faulty product back. On their website, it says they will provide collection via courier but they have not done so nor responded to further email for a few days now.
TBH, I believe the cost of return and sending a replacement should be on the shop, as they sent out a clearly faulty product.
Poor customer service, and response - would definitely avoid them. Better to order off Aliexpress.
I'm either going to use the Consumer Guarantees protection or ask my credit card company to reverse the charge!
Avoid at all cost!
