Top-notch customer service, the best I've seen so far in NZ. I was getting replies to my email queries within the hour on WEEKENDS. Wide choice of couriers in case you have a preference (I do, and I've never been given the option before), and super-fast delivery. Great range of products too; found my 1080Ti in stock while other places still had it on preorder.

Ordered a cooler master hyper 212 evo, Not only did they send my order insanely fast with a track and trace number but they upgraded me to the newer better 212 X for free as they were out of stock of the evo.

Have had to return a product a year later due to it becoming faulty, not only did they ship out the new product the day i sent my broken one to them (with a track and trace number) but they gave me an Upgrade to a better model and waved the difference as a Christmas present. My new favorite store hands down.

My experience with DTC systems was near-flawless.

Now, it should be noted I completed my order with them over a month ago, but I'm sure they're still as great as when I purchased from them to this day. So, why do I expect this?

DTC Systems has truly figured out how to do business effectively. They are fast, flexible, easy to deal with, and competitive. The website is also well made and kept up to date, which, in all honesty, I think should be a requirement now days for any business with a website.

Moving on, through the process of making my order I communicated with Jeff several times (I'm the kind who will ask anything and everything when purchasing things) and every single time I was greeted quickly with a response. Price matching actually works as well and isn't a pain to do with DTC Systems either, both occasions I used it were a success and (once again) were completed with haste.

I would happily recommend to anyone that they try DTC Systems whenever they're looking to buy components or other electronics they stock.

I won't exclude the only problem I had with DTC Systems though, and honestly it wasn't really their fault. I ordered a keyboard but unfortunately it never arrived. I contacted Jeff and as expected got a quick response that he would look into why I hadn't received it yet as it'd been at least a week since it was meant to arrive.

I still to this day do not know where that keyboard lies, but considering it was a cheap $15 keyboard I'd bought as a placeholder while I saved for something nicer, I wasn't bothered enough to investigate any further (I'd already bought another keyboard by then anyway).

tl;dr: I wouldn't hesitate to buy from DTC Systems again, and I don't think anyone else should either. They're great!

Ordered item on Tuesday. Paid by bank transfer on Wednesday. Received item today (Thursday). Very fast!

Excellent communication by them. They email you your order status throughout the order process from order, payment, pending shipment, and when order shipped.

Only minor issue (nothing to do with DTC) was the item was a signature delivery, and the courier signed on my behalf without my knowledge and left the package in the letterbox while I was at home. Naughty courier!

My shopping experience with DTC Online was quick and straight forward. The ordering process was simple and order confirmation was prompt as was the shipping notification. Item shipped pronto and received the next day. They had taken the time and effort to wrap the box in several (read MANY) layers of plain white paper so that you could not read what is printed on the box itself, and put "Fragile"/"Glass" stickers on it. I highly recommend this online shop. Fantastic job DTC!

Easy to deal with. Quick delivery and easy returns.

I bought a PSU from them which had a noisy fan. I explained the problem with the noise and asked if they could replace it with another brand. They sent an alternative branded replacement out the next day and emailed me a courier ticket to send the old one back. No time or money was wasted during this process. Jeff even phoned me to rebook the courier after they failed to deliver to a business address on a Saturday. The returns process is usually where retailers let people down so I'd be happy to pay a premium to use DTC again especially for parts that tend to be unreliable.

I had a list of items I wanted to get to build/upgrade my computer. I had previously sent my list to Paradigm PC, asking whether they could do a good price for me. To summarise the price offered by Paradigm, I could have gotten from other places, but I rather keep my purchase to one store for simplicity.
To be fair I paid by credit card.

Jeff from DTC, offered me a direct debit and a credit card price. He patiently explained the banks charged a percentage of the cost, of all credit card transactions. Jeff was fantastic with his communication, even replying to my email at 7:30pm, I was expecting a response the following day. Not only was his communication excellent, he was able to be flexible with his pricing despite me using a credit card. It was Jeff's excellent communication skills and willing to have some flexibility with pricing that impressed me and ultimately earned my money - my purchase was slightly over $4,000.

The delivery was very prompt, having completed the order on Wednesday, the items arrived at my doorstep on 10:45am Friday morning in Wellington.

Excellent service, I totally recommend DTC based on my experience.

Asked him for a quote, and in no time had very competitive prices on my whole build, even items not on his web site. Freaked me out a little actually,had little niggles that it must be a con. But no he delivered, and I will certainly be buying more from him. I noticed he has a nice wee well stocked store in AKL when I picked my goods up. Very impressed indeed

Prices often the best in the business, Service is stellar. Products in stock that says they are in stock online. They went out of their way to get my items delivered despite not being home to receive it the first time. Quick rely on emails even during strange hours. I've had two separate orders this month and was very pleased on both.

Jeff even made the effort of emailing me my intel games bundle key specially so I could download an play games over the long weekend.

I recently purchased a Gigabyte GTX 970 from DTC Systems, it was the first time I had purchased anything from them. So I was quite skeptical, and asked a few questions which they replied to almost immediately to my surprise.

They were very friendly, and even pointed out a few important details I had forgotten to fill out. DTC Systems, were very fast on delivery. I had actually planned to purchase this card from another shop but due to the expected wait, I decided to look around further and thankfully found DTC.

When I come to shop for future upgrades, I'll be looking here first.

I ordered the components for a full system from them on the Monday morning, they shipped Monday afternoon and everything arrived in the South Island on Wednesday.

The monitor I ordered had only one left in stock and it was open box, so they called me and asked me if I wanted the open box product and they would deduct $50. I agreed and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Great service, great prices and prompt shipping, not much more you can ask for.
