Crappy service. I placed a click and collect order, which showed no signs of arrival after 10 days. So I decided to cancel the order and shop elsewhere. Thanks to the worst timing ever, the product arrived at the store later that day (I just happened to check stock on their website). So I contacted their support to ask if I could reorder at the original price (it was 35% off when I purchased, around a $150 discount). I was told they wouldn't budge on the price. While I understand I was the one that cancelled the order, 10 days is a bit much (quoted timeframe was 3-6 days), and surely the support agent that cancelled my order would have seen the item was in transit before cancelling. Little things like this can ruin the shopping experience, I'll think twice before shopping there again.
About 10 minutes before the end of the Black Friday sale I attempted 3 times to buy a product online. My debit card was declined all 3. I tried exactly the same numbers on another site to test if I made a mistake and it worked on that site. Next day I rung customer support and was told they would see into it and then get back to me and they did. I said why I felt it wasn't the fault on my end. The girl said it probably was the site's fault before I said about it being before the end of the Black Friday sale with which she quickly changed her views conveniently to the fault was being on my end. It was cheaper before midnight as that was Black Friday. She said she'd again check into it and get back to me. She never did. Seems to me possibly (only maybe) it was purposely declined because it was cheaper on Black Friday and they wanted full price for it. I'd advise people to watch for this if this happens to them.
Terrible customer service! You need to go Through their call center before you can talk to anyone unless you know the extension. Manager at westgate store is rude and obviously doesn’t know the term the customer is always right. Item broke down less than 6 months old and they mocked us around with repair time. Will never shop there again waste of money and poor customer service!
Terrible customer service. Just trying to return a product by courier they keep saying take it into a store. On their website it says online orders can be returned by courier. Very unhelpful still waiting to find out where to return it to.
