Heathcotes offered very quick responses to my email queries, and were able to price match on an item for me. This contrasted greatly with a couple of poor responses from other bricks and mortar retailers I've had recently. I went ahead and ordered the item online, and it arrived with me in Wellington less than 48 hours later. A very smooth experience, and one that I can't fault at all. Based on this - and personal knowledge of a great deal or two that they've offered acquaintances in the past, I'd be glad to buy from them again.

Ordered and shipped on the SAME DAY. TV arrived the very next day. E-mails were quickly replied, great communication and service. I wish them the very best, and will definitely look them up next time.

I wanted a new digital camera really urgently before I went on holiday. Heathcote really went out of their way to ensure that it was shipped immediately and it arrived the next day. Exceptional service. Unfortunately the camera was faulty, but it was replaced immediately and a free 8GB SD card provided to compensate for the inconvenience. The communication was excellent throughout the whole transaction. Very highly recommended.

I have purchased Canon PIXIMA MX420 from Heathcote Appliances Online. Delivery has been made as promised. No isssues with product, all works well. Only Problem I had was with Courier Post. While delivery was made looks like they made damage to the box also what they do is ring the door bell once, wait 1 sec, and writes their call card.... Their services are unsatisfactory as we have dealt with them so many times. I would like to recommend Heathcote Appliances to change their courier to prevent future customer's complaints if it happens. Otherwise all sweet deal. Thanks.

I ordered an LG 3D TV set in this store. Although they did not have a stock immediately available, they managed to source a similar TV from another store for the same price. Unfortunately, though, that TV had a defect with its screen (which was obviously not the store's fault as I received a factory-sealed package). They agreed to replace it with a new one just by looking at the photo of the faulty screen I had taken, although LG guys, whom they also contacted, were reluctant to call it a fault (they thought I expected too much from their TV with a $2k price tag). Nonetheless, Heathcote replaced my faulty TV with a new one free of charge (i.e. I didn't pay for delivery or anything else), although I had to wait for a couple of weeks for a new stock to be delivered to NZ. But to compensate for waiting they added a complementary 2-year warranty to my order. Despite the issue I had, that was my best experience of online buying I've had so far (and I make purchases online quite often). They really do care about their customers. Totally recommend.
