As a USB hub it works clockwise. Drive devices like keyboard, mouse, headset, and similar small drives through this. And have never encountered problems around that particular bit.
But as Asks_one wrote in its review below, a clear "coil whine" sound sounds when plugging in the power cord. (Which is not a requirement for my devices, but should you charge the mobile via the 2.4A ports, then you need more power.)
I contacted TP-Link about this and they would be shy enough to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred with this. So it never solved my problem. Instead, I found a separate 12V adapter here at home, with enough current pressure. And then it works clockwise.
This is how the power adapter lets you wonder: https://youtu.be/sFHuIoGD5TA
But I would like to add that, by the way, it works well and has a simple and good design. Has bundled me behind a screen and plugged my USB devices there right away. Simple and smooth if you do not have the computer right next to it :)
