    I purchase my copy of windows 7 earlier last week, although its 1 day late to arrive i dont think its the fault of the store rather the fault of the carriers. The store person took the effort to give me a call and kept in touch of the situation personally which is great. will sure buy from them again

    I brought a antec case and OS windows 7 pro 64 bit from them and they are pretty good. Although the case looked like it was used, opened up the box and it was upside down. Hmmm...? Then I tried to find the OS windows 7 and realised it was put together with the case. Whew! I thought they forgot it. Anyway it was a bargain. Pretty happy with this store and would buy from them again.

We believe the reason you think it was used is that we open the box to put software in. (try to save few dollars on fright) in this case, staff may put the case back upside down.     I am very very happy with DTC Systems

    I ordered a mother board, ram, case and a cpu, before I ordered I found that the cpu I wanted was no longer being sold anywhere and DTC Systems without me asking found a replacement cpu that fitted my mother board for the same price, they knew exactly what to do.

    I have received the items and they are in perfect condition. Very impressed, all products were put in case to save freight which is brilliant as not all companies will do that for you

    Excellent phone manner and service
    Excellent overall knowledge

    If you want to buy computer parts, buy it from these guys I will be buying all my parts from these guys now

    But, most importantly of all in my opinion - Great customer satisfaction!

    A lot of companies these days treat your sale like a transaction number and once they are done with you, that's it. I was very impressed with how friendly the team were - a trait that is becoming few and far between these days.

    I say this as I had been dealing with a another company who were just sub par, when I emailed DTC. They answered all my questions promptly, gave me a solution to my problem and reassured me that the product I was wanting would fit the purpose it was intended for.

    These guys have been great, and I intend on dealing with them again.

    Honestly, easily the best pricespy experience to date.

    Ordered a 1TB Samsung Spinpoint hard drive. Delivered by Fastway couriers. Well packaged in an optical drive box, with address label clearly instructing the Fastway driver to obtain the customer signature. Slightly slow for an Auckland local delivery -Payment confirmed Monday, item received Weds 2pm. Happy with their service and impressed by their "Fragile! Fragile! Fragile! Handle with care [FRAGILE KEEP DRY]" labelling and many fragile symbols lol. Thanks DTC.

    Easy to deal with. They sent me the wrong RAM accidentally but they promptly sent me the right stuff and paid for the shipping of the wrong stuff back to them. They made things very easy and everything was sorted out quickly.

    I can't see how they could have delt with it any better. Highly recommended!
