One of the best stores in New Zealand, huge stock, extremely efficient and the only store I have had same day delivery from.

I have ordered three HP monitors from Elive and three Ergotron monitor arms which all arrived in good time and in perfect condition.

Very quick to reply to emails, the Live Online Support on their website is also really helpful.

I highly recommend this store.

Top notch service. Ordered a Dynamix 1700VA UPS, effectively on a Thursday, (was ANZAC Day Wednesday evening) delivered to me in the South Island on Friday. Can't ask for better service than that.

I bought a 16gb Class 10 micro SD card, Strontium branded.

- Was delivered in 2 days, signature required.
- Original packaging of product.
- Just for security, tested it to be Class 10, and ~16gb storage.
- Was happy with the packaging. Came in a massive box, filled with bubble wrap, and air cushions. Never seen such an intense packaging for a little item like this.
- ELive updates you on where in the process your shipment is - they send you emails.

Overall, great. Price is pretty awesome. They have earned a return customer. Cheers guys.

Bought an Adata 32GB Micro SDHC card from Elive. Great price and got emails from them letting me know the status of the order. Paid for the card yesterday and received it early this morning.

These guys have been excellent when I've bought stuff off them.
I bougth a power supply off them recently. Paid on tuesday and it made it to Christchurch on thursday. Unfortunately I wasn't home to sign for the delivery, so the couriers decided to ship it to motueka for some strange reason :/ . I fired off an email to the team at Elive and they got back to me first thing the next business day about it and they sorted it out. I had my power supply in hand 24 hours after that.

with keeping me upated of the order status and ultra quick delivery,online shopping has never been easier with them.supposed to be Perfect if the price was a bit more competitive.

This time an LED display that I ordered through internet arrived with faulty but their replacement process was gone smooth so that I have got a new display in a couple of days also they covered my shipping cost even that was not their fault.Having a faulty product itself was not a pleasant experience,but their trademanship was awsome.Their prices are not always on the top of the list in Pricespy,but I will be more than happy to choose them as trustworthiness is the first thing for customers.

Excellent Printer. Spent a long time researching yields : Compared HP eny, HP officeJets, Canons, other Epson products.. Epson workforce 633 using extra high yield ink beats all other printers hands down.
Was easy to wirelessly network and easy to use.. good quality prints - tho haven't tried printing photos. Installed on Mac's without extra software gimiks (e.g. the photo app provided by epson). Works like a charm.

Ordered a 32GB A-RAM MicroSDHC class10, but ran out and offered me with a similar class 10 ADATA instead which I am very happy to accept. After emailed my confirmation with the Elive at aroun 3pm on Tuesday. My card arrived the next day at 8:25am. I am impressed. :) Will be seeing this company for future business.

Elive you are awesome. I had dealt with you guys on a few occasions and had been very satisfied each time. From my experience Elive is an honourable online retailer and you can trust your purchases with them with full confidence and no worries. My recent purchase was a motherboard. The board became faulty after a few days of use. Elive was very helpful in making all the arrangements for an RMA so that the board could be returned to their supplier. They took the trouble to monitor the progress of the process and kept me informed all along the way until the supplier finally replaced me with a new board. Around 21 to 22 hours. From order placement on Wednesday morning, through direct credit payment, to courier knocking on my door in Hamilton at around 7:45am on Thursday. During the cycle, I received email notifications of both payment confirmation and shipping status. I commend the prompt service from Elive and commend their choice of courier (Courier Post) who expediently delivered the goods intact. As for competitive pricing against the rest of Pricespy and the real world, I also factored in Elive's free shipping offer on this particular bulky product. All up, am super impressed!

Straight-forward, easy purchase. I would be happy to give them my business again.

1. Placed order/payment made on Thursday night. Replied to automated email notifying of my payment.
2. Received email early Friday morning from the Sales Manager confirming receipt of payment and order processing.
3. Order received on Saturday morning via signature courier post.

Notes:
-Elive promptly replied to my email, thus I knew someone at their end was quickly tending to my order.
-They offer free courier shipping, managing to get my order with the courier ASAP.
-They have a good pricing structure which is easy to compare to other retailers since shipping is included in the price.
-Online tracking is performed by a person and not instantaneous. Most likely you will receive your order before someone gets back to you with a tracking number.

Very highly recommended!

Didn't receive any emails from them when I created by account, and no status emails on my order. Not a negative, just different, so you have to check their website to find out what's happening with your order.

They decided to "improve" the address on my account, and parcel ended up going to Christchurch instead of Invercargill. According to CourierPost they have done this with other customers as well.

I think I will give them a skip next time around.
