The only reason why I gave it 1 star is because they were kind enough to offer free shipping as my laptop was purchased on a weekend and needed some updating, which couldn't be done until Monday as the technician does not work during the weekend.
I had wasted so much time and effort in calling them and check on my order. It was only after calling them TWICE that my order was finally shipped, on a Tuesday late afternoon.
The customer service was poor in terms of the level of urgency to ensure that customer orders are prioritised. They were not accountable in CALLING me when my address was incomplete (which was due to the fault of the sale associate who put in my address). It was only when I called them the second time that my shipping address was confirmed. They claimed that they had called me to confirm, to which I replied I had NO MISSED CALLS that entire day.
If I hadn't called in the check the second time, chances are my laptop delivery could have been delayed by another day. In total, so far I have waited 6 days for my laptop and it still has not arrived.
Customer service in store wasn't amazing either - the sale associate was shy and at times awkward. I knew what I wanted and asked to have a look at it - he did not offer any alternatives or additions to my laptop.
