Off The Back

This outfit is so rude and arrogant. After placing an order and waiting many days for order to ship, I send an email asking why the order has not been sent. EVERY TIME this has happened, I NEVER get a reply but suddenly the order is sent ! This is not the way to run a business in New Zealand. I have had enough of this incompetent business.
