Ordered a product through their website on Friday late afternoon and package arrived on Tuesday morning, reasonable timeframe considering when I placed my ordered and it only cost $8.50. Received email notifications during the processing of my order which was informative, the only thing missing was a tracking number once my order had shipped, other than that hassle free experience and I recommended this store.

I ordered the product on a Monay at at 1pm and had it sent to me the following day at 3pm. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this store. Postage was $10 and I had to pay an extra $5.00 dollars to have it posted the next day. The Vangaurer Tracker is truly strong and amazing quality not flimzy at all. Strong sturdy tripod, Can even be brought right down to the ground for macro photography. For its price and the quality you receive its well worth it, Had a look at a Manfrotto in the same price range, Its not as sturdy more flimzy. In the same price range.
