Bought a Macbook Air and got a free app store gift card. I received the Macbook Air within few working days after I ordered, which is very good. However I started to worry when I hadn't received the app store gift card after few weeks since the arrival of my MBA.
I called Apple customer support at 5pm and they promised to get back to me within 24 hours. At 8.40pm the customer support that was assigned to handle my case emailed me with an apology for not receiving my app store gift card via post and gave me the code in the email. I redeemed the code successfully so it solved my problem :)
Quick response, fast service, polite and nice customer support. Exactly what I expect from Apple.
