Would not use again! you get less warranty than you do if you shop elsewhere and i've had products suspiciously fail! and the very small amount I saved at the time of buying in now nothing compared to the massive amount i'm down having to replace!
This is not a Invited Review but my own genuine experience. A false information(Best Before Date) was given to me to get me to buy something, I tried to contact TheMarket customer service 3 times after I received the nearly expired product but I was ignored. I have to raise my complaint through Commerce Commission NZ instead, I will suggest anyone who are unable to contact TheMarket customer service to do the same. I wish all kiwis able to read this review and avoid this scammer.
SLOW service and shipping. but finally arrived after about 6 weeks.
I placed my order on 14th July and received it on the 16th July! Amazing service. This is my second time ordering with this online shop and I can't fault it at all, highly recommend!

I wanted to buy something but the payment option was difficult to use..so gave up
No problem with delivery or return. I explained I wanted an ortho jandal/thong for walking but when I received the Scholl Orthaheel Spangle jandal I tried it on, walked around the house and then down to the gate to see if it had a good grip in the wet I decided it was too big, particularly with only a fabric toe post. I gave the jandals a quick clean and returned them explaining that I take a size 7.5 and ordered an 8 (because half sizes weren't available), which was too big. They have returned my return with a standard note with ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED CONDITION highlighted. I future unless I know the shoe I will only be being retail - they let you walk around for 5 minutes in the shoes to test fit and comfort.
Usless customer service, order was not sent for over a week, asked them to cancel the order and was told that they could not as order was shipped, how can the order be shipped when it hasn't even been uplifted, obviously don't want to pay the refund.
