Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered 3 items from their website and only 2 of the 3 items arrived. There was no receipt either like,,, what are y’all doing? It really shouldn’t be hard to pack 3 items and have it delivered in full. I contacted customer service three times with no replies at all. Never shopping online again. Just terrible. Oh. And there’s no tracking number either so you can either expect to get your order or not at all.

Online shopping is terrible - I had to do an order 3 times because there was issues with the website and they took my money but apparently the order didn’t go through, when they finally put my order through 2 of the 3 items arrived and I get another email saying that the 3rd item was unable to be sent because of system issues, but it’s still available on their website! Horrible customer service and I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back! Don’t waste your time!

The online store is shockingly bad, I’ve ordered a number of times during their sale periods and most of the time get a generic email about a week later saying items aren’t in stock and have been cancelled. There is no customer service in New Zealand and getting through to them to sort out their mistakes is really hard as the management is in Australia. They turned the phone line off completely before Christmas and weren’t responding to emails - my order placed at the end of November arrived around New Years, far too late for Christmas.
