Ordered 1 jersey from here in the hope of it being a birthday present. I ordered this a few weeks before and still haven't got it! Birthday tomorrow, so that pretty annoying. Bare in mind I live in New Zealand so made sure to order within NZ or Aus to at least think I'd get it in a decent amount of time. Never use online ordering here!
After trying to make contact two & half months go by then $267 is taking out of my account leaving me in OD no contact I’m now homeless no food and can’t get to chemo on Monday I have breast cancer and not long to live
I am still waiting for a refund for a product I returned over a month ago, have had a couple of replies to say that the refund was processed but then nothing and I am still waiting. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, if there are issues I wish they would just communicate this.
The only reason they didn’t get a terrible review was because the items are good quality. Other than that, customer service is crappy, reply’s take forever! They never mention shipping from Aus and then it takes 6 odd weeks to turn up. I’m still waiting on a refund that I sent back 3 weeks ago. Be careful because they have two different ‘refund’ addresses to send items back to…i had to get that confirmed as well. All and all it was a bad online experience and I won’t be ordering from them again.
First off they say they new Zealand but ship from Aus and the call center goes to Aus. But won't ship to Aus addresses. But then u place your order and never hear anything. I love the 25$ of your first purchase but most of the stuff there is already over priced. Use the 25$ off then never using them again.
Really annoyed to still be waiting for my online order a month later, I have had to chase Amazon Surf to find out there are delays and my order is coming from Australia! There is absolutely no mention of this and no communication of the delays. Would never use this site again.
Made an order online, approximately a month ago... Still waiting. They fail to disclose on their site that every item is sent from Australia. When emailing them two weeks later, they ignore the emails and just resend the blanket tracking details email and then say there are delays due to Covid... I think most people understand there are delays due to Covid, which is exactly why people would prefer to know their items shipped from Australia prior to ordering. Given a month later, I'm still waiting, I wont be shopping with them again, online or instore.
Amazing staff, always so helpful while not being pushy and demanding. Great stock too , in store experience is great.
