It was so bad that I didn't receive any type of notification to update me and when I asked if I could stop my purchase and receive a refund, I was ignored. Be careful when dealing with anybody who doesn't give you the time of day. Especially, during a global pandemic. If they weren't open, at least state this on your website and if you were, ready your bloody emails ugh! Received the package the minute I asked if I could get a refund. Bit late mate. 7-8 days later...
