Ordered furniture that came in multiple boxes and only got 1 of the 2 boxes. Now after many repeated calls over a week and what feels like complete apathy from Briscoes, I am still left wondering if I will ever get the rest of my order. Frustrating experience dealing with staff who treat it like this is day 1 and the first time I have called when it has been days. I have had their internal process explained to me like I was getting a job there. That doesn't help me get the rest of my delivery, but it seems like that is all they can do. Send emails to another department and wait.
