I ordered a 2.2kg Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey in Double Chocolate flavour back in end of November 2015. I was sent a Coffee flavour instead. I contacted them asking to get it replaced. When they contacted me back over the phone, they asked me to keep the coffee flavour in exchange for a discount voucher as it would be "easier" on their end. A month had passed but that discount voucher that was promised to me never showed up in the mail or my email. I emailed them three times regarding the matter but had never been contacted back ever since. Now I am left with a disgusting coffee flavoured whey protein.
All I can say is avoid spending your money from this store. Terrible customer service.
