TLDR: Estimated Shipping Timeline listed on their website listing are incorrect. They are claiming "Supplier delays"
I ordered a lens on sale on April 23rd. It was listed as 1-3 days estimated delivery... I still haven't received it (as of May 6th).
I've been emailing constantly for updates, only being informed that the "Supplier has not fulfilled the order", and they haven't given me an estimated date. It's disappointing that they haven't offered much assurance that they are doing anything to get the product to me.
This is not new either. Photogear have been lacking stock in store and online, and their estimated delivery dates are never accurate. Last time I ordered from them it took a month for delivery.
Air on the side of caution when ordering online as it will be likely that you will be waiting a month or more for a 1-3 day delivery...
Great service. Photogear fixed a camera I bought that had faulted, they went above and beyond and had another part of the camera totally replaced at no cost to me! I also ordered an Aputure light and the turnaround time was ultra quick. They have been great for well over a year now and I'll continue to shop with them.

Great communications and service. I had an issue with an item ordered and it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I returned the item and a suitable replacement was made that worked out better for me.
First time buyer with Photogear, and I will definitely be using them again.
Found a product I wanted through pricespy, emaiedl the company at 11am, got a reponse within 15 minutes. They then rang me, took my credit card deals, and the item turned up the next morning at 9am.
