I ordered a dryer to be delivered to Christchurch. Nicole let me know (without me asking) all the details for the delivery and then followed up with the delivery company when she noticed there was a delivery delay (once again, with out me having to do anything). VERY pleased with the service!

Although they had run out of stock of the item that we had ordered, we received after one month of waiting, a latest model of a more expensive coffee machine. The communication was good and the support fair. Hopefully they will upgrade their website, more regularly and let costumers know when items are not available.

They had the item I wanted in stock. Matched the best market price without me having to ask. Wheeled it out and popped it in the car for me. Nice-n-easy.
