Nothing good. Everything bad. Sending wrong components of sound system. Making huge problems and delays with sending the proper components. It's a month of fight with those guys. Will never buy again form them. Avoid the store!

From reading all other reviews I have just experienced the same treatment - terrible customer service with a snarky attitude and no way of showing stock levels are low before buying. Just some vague terms at the bottom of the product not telling m much. SO DEMANDED A REFUND TO GO SHOP ELSEWHERE. There should not be a buy now butting on products not in stock!

Ordered a T.V Then got an email saying it was up to 2 months away from delivery. No indication of stock levels on the site or at the checkout . They get your money first then, tell you it's out of stock. That is just plain rude and VERY unkiwi. Will never buy from them again....EVER

One of the worst experiences ever. Shame on your for being '100%' kiwi owned and operated. One of the worst customer service people I have dealt with. Rude and obnoxious. They are selling stock they don't have and don't know when they will have it! Fast to take my money but when I call and ask what's going on after 4 weeks I'm made to feel like I'm being a pain in the ass Will never buy off them again

Got a great deal on a washing machine. They also came and installed it and took the old one away. Happy to buy again.

No stars. Bought appliances online. Total silence and no communication at all for 3 weeks. Terrible customer service.

Drove 20ks to buy 2 TVs,North Shore branch. Only 2 staff,one busy with a customer,the other sitting doing paper work. Waited for 10mins then approached the guy sitting down who wasn't too pleased to help me. I found the tv I wanted and asked if I could hear the sound Ist,he fiddled with the remote for a while and then said all the TV's had their sound blocked so kids couldn't play with them, didn't want to help me at all,just wanted to get back to his paperwork. I went to Noel Learning and purchased 2 TVs . It's a shame really as I love John and Adrian's radio ads,pity their customer service let's them down. David

Had great service from the knowledgeable salesman and the product was cheaper than other stores. I was also impressed with their range of stock on display. Would be happy to shop here again.
