    I bought an LG V20 available at the lowest price.
    Perfect delivery, even though (that's why Excellent and not Perfect), the tracking code was sent after having received the parcel. I would definitely buy something from them in the future.

    Good experience buying a camera from here. It arrived in a timely manner, however the camera case was not included, however upon e-mailing, it was simply shipped the next day due to lack of stock on the day of camera shipping. The camera case was delivered with no issue or extra charge the next morning.

    So far I have bought two items from BecexTech with the most recent being a Sigma 20mm 1.4 art lens for my Canon camera. I previously have used other parallel importers (with mixed results) but noted how much cheaper these guys are so I thought I'd give them a go. I was pleasantly surprised when both items arrived much sooner than expected and both in perfect condition as you would hope! Communication was great the whole time as well. Will definitely be using them again.

    15 December 2016:
    I purchased an iPhone 5 which arrived within a week. An additional phone case that I had purchased was missing from the delivery but this was quickly sorted out by Customer Support.

    28 December 2016:
    I followed up the above purchase with a further order for an iPhone 5s. I was advised that since I only order this on 16 Dec 2016 that it would be unlikely to arrive by Christmas. However I was very pleased to receive the delivery on 24 Dec 2016 !

    Purchased a Z3 Compact for my brother as a gift. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but it arrived sealed and new as promised and is working perfectly. Can't complain at all!     For 6 months we have tried to get satisfaction from these people. We purchased a Galaxy S6 open box special over $600 incl. courier. The phone was rooted and did not function properly. Unfortunately just before sending it back my son craked the screen, so they were able to void the warranty. They charged an outrageous $260 admin fee and sent another phone. It did not work in New Zealand. They sent another phone, it was a Verizon phone and would not connect to Vodafone. They agreed a $504 refund based on a new reduced value. They claim the phone connects to Spark, but have offered no reason why it won't connect to Vodafone and ignored the Verizon SIM required problem. Now they intend to deduct $65 from the agreed refund, as they say the phone is fine. I will never trade with these people again. They are untrustworthy, service is slow. Emails always come after hours and all of the phones have come from Hong Kong with no clear provenance. This is not the first problem I have had with this company, but it is the worst. My son is hundreds of dollars out of pocket and has no phone. NEVER TRADE AGAIN!

    I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I've found out that there's a product defect. The customer support was very helpful and they replaced the unit. The delivery took a while but with the discounted price, it seems fair. I would definitely recommend Becextech if you're looking for a bargain.

    As a first time user of Becextech, I ordered a phone off them. Yes they did send through a charge to my credit card to check for fraud, however they credited back the charge a few days later. Although they have no phone line, all correspondence via email was answered promptly. I was able to track my item and its status at all times. Yes the delivery was slow however for the price I couldn't really complain. In fact the parcel arrived a few days earlier than expected. The parcel arrived with a sticker on that said if seal broken do not accept delivery. The seal was still intact and the box untampered with.

    Will I be using them again? Absolutely. Very competitive pricing.

(It was actually only a week but these days I think we are used to getting things in 1-2 days). I would use BecexTech again!

    Recenty ordered a new phone from this company and have had a poor experience...

    Extra charges were applied because I was a new customer... this was in the guise of security however the money taken has not been returned.

    There is a threatening clause where you can choose to pay extra fee your item may "accidentaly" be lost, and urges you to pay this.

    You will not get the item shipped properly, firstly the item is not wrapped properly and in very little bubble wrap that it will not protect your item from little bumps. Secondy the confermation email that the item has been sent from there warehouse is sent after you recieve the item... so you are not possible to make sure someone is there to recieve your pricey goods.

    There items are cheap, but is it worth the risk of damage or loss?

    Sadly it is not possible to give a minus rating but I would never recommend this company.
    I have sent over 50 emails since they sent me a locked second hand iPhone from Hong Kong.
    They have been evasive as soon as I emailed them it was a faulty product.
    Fair Go (the consumer programme in NZ) was very interested in how they conduct their business as was Price Spy.
    Please read all their bad reviews before you order. Better still go elsewhere.
    Today is October 26th and I FINALLY received my refund after weeks and weeks of frustration. I had originally requested a refund on September 19th. They graciously did not withhold the 10% restocking fee (how they can even justify that is beyond me!) but they would not refund my postage for having to send their shonky phone back in the first place.
    NEVER deal with BECEXTECH without reading all the reviews first- especially all the ones about refurbished second hand phones repaired with non genuine parts.

    I'm assuming the Order # is 1013938? First of all, I am terribly disappointed that your purchase experience was not pleasant. Clearly, this is not what you or we had envisioned for your overall experience. The case was just escalated to myself 6 days a go on 20th of October. Subsequently, I did follow the case up within 24 hours where the decision of full refund was made.

    Secondly, The refund was then organized immediately as soon as it has been confirmed. Due to labour day in NZ, however, there was a slight delay before it hit your account.

    Finally, i do thank you for your understanding for your patience

    p.s: I have to clarify that yours one is renewed open box ver, which was purchased. It's unlocked, and was tested ok before it was dispatched. We are still looking what caused the problem..

The phone was delivered within the specified timeframe, was well packaged and in pretty mint condition for an "open box" item at a great price.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy tablet that overheated and died two weeks after arrival. These things happen, so such is life. However when i tried to get it replaced as the device was clearly not fit for purpose I spent six weeks being given the run around before BecexTechNZ finally claimed the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply to them, despite their name, having a NZ mailing address and paying in NZ dollars. Whilst their pricing is sharp, I was highly disappointed with their service and would never purchase anything from them again. Buyer beware.

    Actually placing the order was easy. Getting the order actually fulfilled a little more difficult.

    Placed the order on the 31st August and was informed that delivery would be made from the warehouse in 3 to 10 working days.
    After a week the CC payment was still listed as pending despite the fact that it had gone through and there was another small charge.
    I emailed them asking what was happening and was told that I had to tell them that the small charge had gone through. This, of course, would have been readily apparent on their bank statement.
    The small charge was supposedly to detect fraud but considering that they had the large charge and the small charge went through exactly the same way it's not going to detect anything. This makes the small charge simply theft. It may seem small but a few thousand of these adds up to quite large sums.
    Then I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks and the order remained on 'processing' so I sent another email telling them to cancel the order. This provoked the response that the device had been sent the day before.

    After that the tracking on the device was the best I've seen informing me of every leg of the journey but that was the courier company rather than them.

    Despite the .co.nz URL it's an Australian company and, as far as I can make out, GST was not paid.

    I was going to buy an expensive camera and BecexTech had a very low price which seemed good.

    Because of previous customer feedback about very slow warranty repairs I thought I'd pay extra for the Extended Warranty which according to BecexTech terms and conditions is "provided by our partner, Advanced Product Services who is owned & operated warranty provider in Australia (ABN 96 149 704 898)."

    I was surprised the extended warranty wasn't provided by a NZ company so I did a Google search for Advanced Product Services (ABN 96 149 704 898) and found they were deregistered in May 2016.

    So it seems that the BecexTech extended warranty is provided by a non-existent company.

    Now I'm going to pay a few hundred extra dollars to buy the NZ version of the camera which does come with a real 2 year warranty.

    Good luck if you have any warranty issues with products bought from BecexTech!

    First you need to sign up for an account to buy a one off item. Then you need to prove that it's you by having a small charge done on your credit card, and you email them to tell them what this is. I guess it's for security.

    Plus they are Australian based, not in NZ. I'd use an international site if I wanted to buy from overseas.

    Then the Nexus I got had dead pixels on the camera, and opening it up I could see the imea number was scratched off. GPS doesn't work as well as previous store bought one either. I assume I was given a refurbished sold as a new phone. That's why they're cheap.
