After a whirlwind year having to contend with a global health pandemic, multiple lockdowns and working from home, our trusted and loyal PriceSpy users have spoken and we’re pleased to announce some fantastic news to help end 2020 on a high!
The PriceSpy Shop of the Year 2020 competition has now closed - and the reviews have been counted and verified. Without ado, we can now reveal that Mighty Ape has been crowded the overall winner, taking home our trusted Shop of the Year title for 2020.

As a service that’s 100% committed to you, the shopper, we remain focused at making sure your needs as a customer are fulfilled and put first and foremost.
That’s why we’ve given you power to call the shots with our Shop of the Year Award – as it’s up to you to tell us (and everyone else that uses PriceSpy) about the stores that have gone above and beyond to exceed your expectations in customer service.
This year we’ve also changed things up. Rather than getting PriceSpy users to vote for their favourite shop, the criteria to submit an entry for the Shop of the Year Award is to get customers to leave a review about the stores they had purchased from - to help share their overall shopping experiences whether that be good and bad.
As well as giving a shout out and nod of recognition to the stores that have worked extra hard for us this year, these reviews will help other shoppers make more informed, clearer purchase decisions in the future.
At the same, your reviews are also helping give back to each of the stores that do an outstanding job at keeping our custom and New Zealand serviced.
