EOS 7D is a Canon model positioning itself price and performance wise somewhere in between cameras for advanced hobby photographers and models for professionals, right about where Nikon D300 resides. The camera has an image sensor of 18 Mpixels, a clean, proper three inch LCD screen as well as HD video option. It has recieved quite a lot of praise in tests and web reviews, particularly for being fast, taking up to eight shots per second. Released in 2009.
