Seems to be a good printer for home use

Do not understand how one can name the model "Pro" when with its minimal paper tray absolutely not fit in an office environment.
Perhaps it is meant as a personal printer at the desk next to the computer, so that regular and frequent intervals can load the paper tray with the small amount of leaves that can fit in it.
As printers to home so it works when you only print a few sheets at a time.
Since I intend to have it for home use, so I rate it based on the application.
As printers on the job would not get many stars because plasticky unit and paper tray.

It is easy to install and the menu system is not too fussy.
The printer's web page, you can set a lot of things.
Do not Pillat lot there, more than setting a fixed IP address, turn on the prints from the phone and turned off IPv6 and email function.
There were no major problems to fix the settings for saving scans to the network share.

Has only ever had good experiences of HP products.
It is usually possible to find software and drivers, several years later, which is a big plus compared to some other brands whose products they must scrap as soon as you switched to the newer OS.
Though it is a multifunction machine, so I think it can be Fairly good, especially when compared with the inkjet-based models.
(Have had such a well-Brother who was utter rubbish, but I bought it only for the sake of the scanner when it was cheaper to buy multi-machine than just a scanner.)

Then I had this so long yet, I can not judge how sustainable it is, but compared to my old (from the early 2000s and still functioning) HP LaserJet 1200, so this feels sadly rank more.
The thinner plastic components makes it easier to break if one is not careful when holding the paper trays, toner replacement, etc.

Maybe I write down a few lines when I had it a long time.
So far I am satisfied with the purchase.
  • Very good
Superb printers - a lot of money with both duplex, color, AirPrint, sheet feed scanner, etc.

Very pleased with the multi printer. Pretty easy to install everything. Got fnula little to scan to network folder but now it rolls on.

    + Scan to Network Folder / E-mail

    - Fax ?? Someone who uses that anymore?
  • Very good
Smoothly and fairly simple to To install the. Everything has worked well, image printing was not great but I have not tested different settings yet.
  • Excellent
Absolutely superb printers. Have a macbook pro and installation was very simple. Worked directly. My iPhone 6 could print to it directly. Quiet in standby mode and fast printing.
  • Very good
Have had the units a few months. Was a bit skeptical of multi-function devices that I think often come with a poorly designed software with spejsat interface. However, very pleased with this.

    Positive:
    - Scans to email. Extremely smooth, completely independent of device drivers and operating system. Sign up for a gmail account to your printer - clear.
    - Easy installation on Windows and Mac. Both will find the printer itself.
    - Fairly easy network setup via the display.
    - Silent. It moves a bit on now and then, but you can basically sleep next to it without disturbing on spoltjut or fans.
    - Do not lightning fast but certainly not slow, never irritated me to wait for pages.
    - Feels solid, well-built and reliable.

    Negative:
    - Images not near as good as inkjet printers
    - Holds 50 sheets, which is quite ok for private use, but perhaps a little meager for it to stand for office with several users.
