Game of the Month: Minecraft Dungeons
You have never played Minecraft like this before
In the new Minecraft Dungeons you and your friends take on the role of heroes in a new action adventure unlike anything you’ve seen before in the Minecraft world.
Fight your way through the different levels, with up to four simultaneous players, to finally face the evil Arch-Illager.
Minecraft Dungeons is shown from a third-person view like the Diablo series, but there are no classes. Instead, you can customise your character and create your own playing style by choosing from the many items in the game.
The gaming world extends both above ground and down into the deepest of caves. Explore temples, battle your way through foggy forests in the moonlight and meet all the monsters you know from the original Minecraft.
Minecraft Dungeons are available in two versions - Standard Edition and Hero Edition:
- Minecraft Dungeons - Standard Edition
- Minecraft Dungeons - Hero Edition
What sets the two versions apart is that the Hero Edition includes two additional player skins, the Hero Cape object and a chicken as a pet in the game. The Hero Edition also includes the first two DLC additions free of charge when released.

Minecraft Dungeons: Jungle Awakens
The first official expansion to Minecraft Dungeons is named Jungle Awakens, with a release date sometime in July this year.
The expansion has three new missions and many new armours, weapons and artefacts to find. Just as the name indicates, Jungle Awakens takes part in a whole new jungle environment.
The second expansion is Creeping Winter with vast, frozen landscapes for Minecraft Dungeons. A complete opposite to the warm and green Jungle Awakens.
There are not many details on Creeping Winter yet and no release date. All we know is that the expansion will be released sometime during 2020.
