Just out of curiosity - would there be interest in an under warranty Gigabyte GTX 970 in good condition? Preferably for about $350 but I really don't know the avg for what they actually sell for.

What model exactly?

GTX 970 Windforce card, approx. 11 months old with just over 2 years of warranty remaining. Perfect condition, never had any issues with it. Overclocks well, however was run at stock for most of the time that I used it.

$300

(I think this is cheap based off of what they are selling for on trademe, but let me know if the price is unfair)

You're probably best to throw it on Trademe and hope to get a bite unless you want to go cheap.

The GTX1060 3GB is a quicker card, and can be had for under $400 new, so I wouldn't suggest a 970/390/780Ti type card to anyone for $300, yet standard price on TradeMe seems to be above that, although I can't be sure if people are actually paying that amount for them. I've seen a few listed on GP for low $300s and sell (probably after a bit of bartering down to $300 or high $200s), so I guess there's enough people out there who haven't looked at the numbers (or maybe they sold shortly before the GTX1060 3GB came out with a good price).

Man, that 1060 price is pretty nuts! I'll probably still leave my price at $300 since the cheapest 1060 with a comparable cooling solution is $400 and that leaves mine at better price/fps at the sacrifice of it being a brand new card.

Wow yeah the 1060 is solid. The only way I'd be buying a 970 now would be a 2nd one to do a SLI rig, which the 1060 can't do.

BST List
Update #16-40

Apologies for the delay, been focusing on work over the past month. I'll refresh the listing early next week.

-----

NOTES:
  • The list is split into three sections: 'Trusted', 'Confirmed', and 'Unconfirmed' listings. The 'Trusted' section contains listings from members that are considered trustworthy traders on the forum; the 'Confirmed' section contains active listings from other members of the forum; and the 'Unconfirmed' section contains inactive listings awaiting confirmation that the listing is to be reconfirmed or removed.
  • If you are wanting to reconfirm your listing, post a reply to the thread or PM myself with a quote of your listing and the message "Reconfirm". This is a simple way to test trader activity for the benefit of both interested users and myself.
  • If you are wanting to become a 'Trusted' trader you must reply to the thread with quotes to five individual trades' feedback, along with decent proof of activity in relation to trading. I will then confirm your status.
  • It is highly recommended that after a trade feedback is posted so other users know if the trader is reliable, accurate, and fast. This also allows the trader to be more likely to become trusted within the community.
  • Each update of the list is aimed, but not guaranteed, to be updated each Friday.
  • The list may be adjusted throughout the week, with a quick post stating what listing has been changed. Removed items will have a strike-through for identification, then removed the following week.
  • For any queries on the condition/price of the products, please PM the seller.
  • Any bartering of prices, listed or unlisted in the classified, is allowed, but the requests must be reasonable and treated seriously.

120GB SSDs are about $70, you can get 240GB ones for $100, so it's a bit silly these days not to go for the 240 as a minimum. This one is cheap, nothing special, but will still do the trick, expecially if you're wanting it for anything too fancy. If you've got another $20-30 to drop, look to the MX300 or 750 Evo.

It's a good drive, but I agree with Word of Madness that you'd be better getting a cheap 240 GB drive for another $15 or so. The thing is, the bigger drives have better performance as well as more storage space, so a cheap 240 GB is probably going to be better in most ways than an apparently superior 120 GB drive – and you get more storage space too.

One 980Ti - GV-N98TD5-6GD-B (Gigabyte, reference card) - brought 07/2015 from Computer Lounge, original box and pristine cooler (original cooler has 20 minutes runtime on it) - been on water its entire life (never seen > 45C), very comfortable at 1500MHz @ stock voltage.

I believe Gigabyte cards have 3 year warranties, however it's not stated anywhere. (box, or original invoice)

Can either revert to stock cooler or provide the Nickel + Plexi EK-Titan X block.

Open to offers, in South Canterbury area but will ship.
