I ordered 4 pairs of same earphones from Mightyape and 3 of them is fine. The last one was purchased for my colleague. Today he opened the box and found no earphone inside the package. I have just contacted Mightyape through email.

Anyone know what will happen next?

This is truly my first time experience in NZ since I arrive here in 2002.

He is frustrated but now I am more frustrated because I had to give one of mine to him tomorrow...

They'll probably ask a few questions, and then hopefully send you the actual product. They'll probably want the empty box back though.

All sorted, just had a chat with them online. They will send the replacement to me at no cost. No need to return the empty box. Really good customer service from Mightyape!

That's great. I know that they're supposed to be good, but I've never had reason to buy from them yet.
