I have shopped with Elive three times - and I've never been disappointed. Prices are good. Communication is excellent. I've paid by credit card and bank deposit with no problems. Delivery is overnight after they receive the payment.

Recieved package the day after i got the order conformation email so delivery took overnight.

They also have very good prices.

Straight-forward, easy purchase. I would be happy to give them my business again.

1. Placed order/payment made on Thursday night. Replied to automated email notifying of my payment.
2. Received email early Friday morning from the Sales Manager confirming receipt of payment and order processing.
3. Order received on Saturday morning via signature courier post.

Notes:
-Elive promptly replied to my email, thus I knew someone at their end was quickly tending to my order.
-They offer free courier shipping, managing to get my order with the courier ASAP.
-They have a good pricing structure which is easy to compare to other retailers since shipping is included in the price.
-Online tracking is performed by a person and not instantaneous. Most likely you will receive your order before someone gets back to you with a tracking number.

Very highly recommended!

Payed at 10am Monday, received the digital camera the next day at 9.10am.

Simple repairs/returns process.

Emails were slow at times but other than time there were no real problems.

Didn't receive any emails from them when I created by account, and no status emails on my order. Not a negative, just different, so you have to check their website to find out what's happening with your order.

They decided to "improve" the address on my account, and parcel ended up going to Christchurch instead of Invercargill. According to CourierPost they have done this with other customers as well.

I think I will give them a skip next time around.

Excellent store. Have purchased from them many times and have never had even the slightest problem. Fast service too.

Some how ran out of stock after paying when it said they had stock, but to their credit got new stock the next day, so not much of a delay, much better communication and speed then most other online stores.

Ordered, shipped the same day and arrived the very next day. All with free shipping so I highly recommend this store! :-D

Great store. Website is layed out well and looks good. Information is easy to find and items out of stock are clearly displayed as 'out of stock' - not like other sites that wait until you order to let you know that it's out of stock.

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. I have purchased a few things from this company (including laptop, memory card reader, camera) and they're just so easy to deal with. Prompt replies to product inquiries and email updates about product shipment and delivery. Quite possibly the best service I have experienced online or in a store in NZ. Keep it up!

Decent prices, considering that they include shipping. I have recieved fast service from them on both occasions in which i have shopped with them, and they constantly keep you up to date with your order status. Recommended.

Great place to deal with. Ordered Windows 7 Professional on the Monday at 9pm. Direct credited the money at 9.15pm. I got home on the Wednesday after work to find it had been delivered. Really impressed and would use again. Invoices are also really detailed compared with alot of the other online stores.

Good service and free shipping. Website not quite as well laid out as Ascent and Computer Lounge. Will buy from again.
