    Used to buy all my computers at PT even thought they are a little more expensive. Last one was an I7 with bad memory and reboots. Tech support was an arrogant little Mr Know-It-All that didn't really know that much. Guess I'm back to buying parts and assembling myself.

    Free packaging
    Quality brand products fully boxed.
    Only display what they have as to not mess you around waiting on stock.

    Cons: can be a bit more expensive for certain products just rem to add in free packaging.

    These guys are great, when they say they have stock - they have it, it'll take two days to get here - itll take upto two days, no more, sometimes it arrives the next day, reasonable prices, very quick to respond to queries, very very switched on, It generaly takes a lot to impress me but it seems these guys didnt even have to try.

    I bought an entire HTPC system. Order was done over the phone, accepted credit card payment, free delivery and dispatched overnight. Prices were comparable to most other budget stores (which don't accept credit card and no free delivery). Friendly service. Highly recommended.

    I ordered a CPU (nearly $300) and found the ordering system (using credit card) easy. Within 2 hours I had an email to say the order had been processed; and the courier was knocking at my door next day. You can't ask for better service than that!

    Prompt service, cheap overnight freight. Received goods the next day I ordered in christchurch. The price they list here is GST included not like some of others where they look cheap but GST is not included. Their website shows all the important information about them even photos of their shop. The site clearly shows stock status and it's easy to check the price with or without GST. Only downside I've noticed was credit card payment processing which seems a bit sloppy.

    Buying online with credit card is an extremely slow process compared to other online shops that accept credit card payments. Despite the credit card being verified the same day (why is this necessary when other retailers fore go this???), the order was not shipped till 2 business day later (yes, there was stock in the shop!). My advice: unless you can find what you want at a similar price elsewhere, buy elsewhere; otherwise do it the old fashion way and visit the physical store to buy your item.

    Amazing service, purchased items a few times from this store, always arrived the next morning, from auckland to wellington. Credit card system is easy enough, plenty of email notifications regarding payments and shipments. Excellent packaging, ordered a rather large item from them, they packed the box into another box to stop the retail box from being damaged. Great stuff.

    Ordered a video card from them, payed with credit card and it arrived the next day in Christchurch (from Auckland). Their next day shipping is cheap also. Only thing bad about them is that paying with credit card was a bit slow. Would certainly trade again.
