have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S II and got email replied said the payment has gone through and the phone will be delivered in next 3 - 5 days at 17/01/11. But has not received the phone until now, no one answer the phone call and reply my email, it is very frustrating! Worst company and poorest service ever seen on line.

Guys got any idea how can I get my money back!
