Ordered two HTC one X phones, prompt delivery, kept informed of delivery, had no issues with phones so can't comment on issues with retailer, more than happy.

Ordered a SDHC card from these guys, excellent communication via email; had to chase up delivery through them but this was the couriers not ascent. :-)
