Brilliant communication with enquiries, really fast to get back in touch and answer questions. Product I ordered was out of stock, but they helped me find something that better suited my needs... which brings me to the only problem, as mentioned here previously the website is terrible to navigate/search - the only smudge on an otherwise perfect vendor.

They were fast, friendly & communicative. Responded to my follow-up e-mails during the order/delivery process, and the item was well packaged and in good nick.
