Is PriceSpy independent?
PriceSpy does not charge stores for being listed at PriceSpy, all listing is free. However, stores can pay to be featured, presented with its logo and direct links to products.

The following applies to all stores:

• Prices are updated at least once a day.
• New products are added as soon as possible.
• All reviews have to comply with our rules.
  

The following applies to featured stores:

• Prices are accompanied with the store's logo.
  

• The store can provide their own information text along with each price on PriceSpy.
  

Why does PriceSpy list stores with low marks in reviews?
Our policy is to list all stores with products within our product categories. Make sure to always check reviews before ordering from a vendor.

Where do I dispose of my old/broken phone or laptop?
At PriceSpy we encourage that eWaste, broken and/or obsolete electrical or electronic devices, is taken care of in a responsible and environmentally friendly way.

• One way is to take it to one of the drop off points during eDay, held in November every year.
• You can also  hand it to an organisation as Zoove or list it on an online auction or advertising site. 
• If your device is working and not too old, you can donate it to your local charity organisation.
