cdwow.com is incredibly cheap but shipping takes about a week or 2 from the UK.

Back when I used to burn a lot of DVDs, I used to buy single layers from www.thediscshop.co.nz and double layers (in large 100+ disc lots) off retailers in the US. These days I'm burning mostly BD-Rs, and get them from Japan via eBay. I've also seen nikonekoya.com recommended by US buyers as a good Japanese source -- though have not bought from them myself.

They have a NZ site now: http://www.wowhd.co.nz/

Its the same site just rebranded. CDWow had .co.nz/.com and .co.uk domains before too. They do not have any branches or offices in NZ.
